North South Travel prides itself on personal service and unbeatable value. We're not an automated travel agency, so you won't be kept in a phone queue or forced to select from menus. Nothing is too complicated, but if we can't help immediately, we'll call you back as soon as possible. If you message us below about your travel plans, please provide as much information as possible, including your preferred dates of travel in both directions.
Most sales and ticketing are done by phone and email, but you're welcome to visit us at Moulsham Mill in Chelmsford if you prefer. We're open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Do call us before visiting – you might get a cup of tea!
